{"id":2291,"date":"2018-06-21T14:16:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-21T12:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.acotv.org\/el-mundo-visual-en-los-ninos\/"},"modified":"2022-03-31T22:55:59","modified_gmt":"2022-03-31T20:55:59","slug":"el-mundo-visual-en-los-ninos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.acotv.org\/es\/el-mundo-visual-en-los-ninos\/","title":{"rendered":"EL MUNDO VISUAL EN LOS NI\u00d1OS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La detecci\u00f3n y el diagn\u00f3stico en los primeros meses despues del nacimiento son de vital importancia.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>Susana Escalera Hern\u00e1ndez<\/b>&nbsp;en su&nbsp;<strong>Trabajo Final de M\u00e1ster&nbsp;<\/strong>dirigido por el profesor<strong>&nbsp;Cesar Urtubia Vicario, de la Facultat de \u00d3ptica y Optometr\u00eda de Terrassa&nbsp;<\/strong>nos habla de c\u00f3mo durante el primer a\u00f1o de vida se puede detectar una deficiencia \u00f3ptica, sensorial o motriz del sistema visual, en estos casos si no se interviene lo antes posible, a largo plazo puede derivar en problemas visuales permanentes. Por esta raz\u00f3n la detecci\u00f3n y el diagn\u00f3stico en los primero meses despu\u00e9s del nacimiento son de vital importancia.\nEn este trabajo se ha querido buscar informaci\u00f3n y se ha hecho un peque\u00f1o estudio a fin de encontrar la mejor bater\u00eda de pruebas a realizar beb\u00e9s de entre 0 a 1 a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#008ad0\"><strong>Objetivo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los objetivos fue recoger la m\u00e1xima informaci\u00f3n sobre el desarrollo del beb\u00e9 desde el nacimiento hasta el primer a\u00f1o de vida, teniendo en cuenta sobre todo los estudios que incluyan nuevas aportaciones sobre respuestas afectivas y conductuales que tengan relaci\u00f3n con la evoluci\u00f3n de la visi\u00f3n. Todo ello debe servir para poder crear una buena bater\u00eda de pruebas para un cribado que eval\u00fae la maduraci\u00f3n del sistema visual. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#008ad0\"><strong>M\u00e9todo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se realiz\u00f3 una parte experimental en las instalaciones del CUV (Centro Universitario de la Visi\u00f3n), que permitieron observar las situaciones rutinarias para verificar la fiabilidad de las pruebas que se plantean en este trabajo. Debido a que el n\u00famero de participantes fue reducido, no se pudo hacer un estudio estad\u00edstico pero s\u00ed que sirvi\u00f3 para recoger m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#008ad0\"><strong>Resultados<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el estudio que se ha realizado tan s\u00f3lo han podido participar 5 beb\u00e9s, ya que fueron pocos, en el apartado de resultados se han plasmado directamente los ex\u00e1menes efectuados de cada paciente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#008ad0\"><strong>Conclusiones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e1cias a que se pudo hacer una simulaci\u00f3n de una revisi\u00f3n se observ\u00f3 cu\u00e1les son los comportamientos de los beb\u00e9s a diferentes etapas y sin embargo ver como unas pruebas son m\u00e1s efectivas a partir de los 6 meses de vida. Una vez m\u00e1s el trabajo multidisciplinar debe ser una de las prioridades cuando se habla de salud, un examen visual pedi\u00e1trico debe ser realizado por un optometrista que est\u00e9 especializado en llevar a cabo las diferentes pruebas a fin de notificar posteriormente al pediatra el resultado de estas para que las pueda interpretar.
